Protecting your children’s teeth
Its important we give all our kids the best start in life and that includes looking after their teeth. Tooth decay is totally preventable! Children need a good diet not only for their general health but also for their dental health. Any sugar intake needs to be restricted to meal times only.
Healthy snacks and water are best in between meals. Toothbrushing for 2 minutes twice a day with a good fluoride toothpaste (1450 ppm fluoride) will help to prevent tooth decay and keep the gums healthy.
